It connects theoretical concepts with practical political concerns, offering readers a more nuanced understanding of the shifts occurring in political landscapes globally.
This book covers contemporary political issues such as global justice, welfare reform, political obligation, civil disobedience, cultural relativism, multiculturalism, toleration, and the universality of human rights. By drawing on these critical debates, the text shows how political theory can address the pressing questions of our time and why it holds such importance in contemporary political analysis.
