About the Author

He has held key positions, including Collector and District Magistrate, Commissioner of Jaipur Development Authority, and Secretary to the Governor of Rajasthan. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary, Home, Government of Rajasthan.

Singh's academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan, a Post-graduate Diploma in Commerce Management from Wollongong University, Australia, and management training from prestigious institutions such as IIM Bangalore and USAID, Washington D.C. He has contributed extensively to academic journals and research papers.
