About the Book

This insightful volume explores the intersection of globalization and women’s issues, addressing the complex realities faced by women in today's rapidly evolving global landscape. The book delves into how women's roles, identities, and challenges are shaped by larger economic, cultural, and social shifts.

Through a collection of contributed research articles, the book highlights pressing concerns such as gender inequality, sexual orientation, economic empowerment, access to quality education, sexual harassment, and identity formation. These themes are examined from a feminist lens, offering a comprehensive understanding of how globalization continues to affect women's personal, social, and professional spheres.

The authors argue for the urgent need to integrate women’s voices and experiences into broader policy and development frameworks. Rich in data, case studies, and analysis, the book encourages meaningful debate and concrete action for the holistic development of women across the globe.
