About the Authors

शम्भू लाल दोषी has taught at South Gujarat University, Surat, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, and Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. In addition to teaching, he has conducted extensive research on social change, stratification, and primitive societies. He has published several research monographs on these subjects.

मधुसूदन त्रिवेदी is a leading sociologist of the new generation. His research areas include entrepreneurship, social mobility, migration, and social stratification. Currently, Dr. Trivedi is the Secretary of the Center for the Research of Developing Weaker Sections, Udaipur, and Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Sociology at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur.
