A lover of Latin American literature, she worked in advertising in New York before returning to Turkey. Now, she writes charming children’s stories, spends time with her children, and enjoys culinary experiments.
About the Illustrator
Burcu is a talented illustrator with a background in Communication Design, Literature, and Italian. Her work has been showcased at the 50th Bratislava Illustration Biennial and in exhibitions around the world. She enjoys illustrating children’s books, editing a literary magazine, and working as a freelance translator. Known for her whimsical style, Burcu loves creating imaginative drawings and considers herself an "elephant-like cat."
