About the Author
Julian Wolfreys is Professor of English Literature at the University of Portsmouth, where he also directs the Centre for Studies in Literature. He is the author and editor of over 40 books on nineteenth- and twentieth-century English literature and literary theory, including Dickens’s London and The Derrida Wordbook. He recently published his first novel, Silent Music.
Kenneth Womack is Professor of English at Monmouth University, specializing in the Beatles, twentieth-century British literature, and creative writing. He has published widely in these areas.
Ruth Robbins is Professor of English and head of the School of Cultural Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. She has authored numerous books on literature and theory, including Oscar Wilde (2011).
