About the Author
P.D. Sharma (born 1933) is a renowned academic with expertise in Public Administration and Political Science. He earned his MPA and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, USA. As a Fulbright Scholar, Sharma has served as the Head of the Departments of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Rajasthan. He has taught and conducted research globally for over four decades, contributing significantly to the fields of public administration and management. Dr. Sharma is well-versed in both Hindi and English and has received various accolades for his lifetime achievements, including the IIPA’s Apple-B Award.
