About the Authors

• B.M. Sharma has been teaching Political Science at Rajasthan University for over three decades. He has authored more than a dozen books and published around fifty research papers in national and international journals. His works have been recognized and awarded by various government ministries and research institutes. He currently serves as a Professor in the Political Science Department, a member of the University Syndicate (Executive Council), and Director of the Social Science Research Center.

• Ram Krishan Datt Sharma, Ph.D., has been actively involved in the study and teaching of Political Science and Public Administration. He is the recipient of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Doctoral Fellowship and has published various research papers in national journals.

• Savita Sharma, Ph.D., specializes in Political Science and Public Administration and is currently engaged in post-doctoral research. She has published numerous articles in national and international journals.
