About the Authors

• B.M. Sharma has been teaching Political Science at Rajasthan University for over three decades. He has authored more than a dozen books and published about fifty research papers in national and international journals. His work has been awarded by various ministries and research institutes. Currently, he serves as a Professor in the Political Science Department, a member of the University Syndicate (Executive Council), and the Director of the Social Science Research Center.

• Ram Krishan Datt Sharma, Ph.D., has been involved in the study and teaching of Political Science and Public Administration. He has been honored with the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Doctoral Fellowship and has published several research papers in national journals.

• Savita Sharma, Ph.D., specializes in Political Science and Public Administration. She is currently engaged in post-doctoral research and has published numerous articles in national and international journals.
