Ananthakrishna Sastry of the famous commentary by Bhāskararāya. The text was revised on the basis of Bhāskararāya's commentary. The Lalitā-sahasranāma, considered to be part of the Brahmānda Purana and the Vishnu-sahasranāma, forming part of the Mahābhārata, are among the most popular Stotra poems of the Sahasranāma genre. Both were translated by R. Ananthakrishna Sastry, who was a member of the Adyar Library Staff.
