Shri Umesh Sharma, honored with several prestigious titles such as Jyotish Diwakar, Jyotish Bhushan, and Jyotish Varidhi by various astrological institutions, has been actively engaged in the field of astrology for nearly 20 years. He was born on 24 April 1955 in Delhi, the capital of India.

After completing his graduation in Science from Sagar University (Madhya Pradesh), he worked for some time in the chemical industry. Later, he dedicated his life entirely to astrology. In this journey, he traveled extensively across the country and established the Jyotirvid Mahasabha, through which significant research and in-depth study on Lal Kitab was carried out.

He has written numerous articles in magazines and newspapers, including a permanent astrology column in the Delhi-based newspaper “Flesh.” His book Varshphal (Lal Kitab) presents a modern interpretation of the original principles of Lal Kitab and provides remedies for common problems based on the author’s research and experience. In the present book, the author has compiled not only widely practiced rituals and beliefs but also practical experiments derived from his personal experiences.
